No joke. Pine Sol it. Buy the biggest cheap jug you can and soak it. Ive freed cold siezed engines and carb slides with PS many times. Stuff a towel in the ports and fill her up. Let it soak and resume your Clarkson work.
The cylinder looks like it’ll take a bore, maybe even a hone. The piston and rings are likely toast though.

The PS trick only works if you waste it. It can be collected and reused though. By being gentle you’re really on the right track.
